OEM Heating Radiator Supply: Specification, Branding, Packaging and Quality Control

August 21, 2026

OEM radiator programmes require more than adding a logo to a carton. A reliable project aligns the technical product, brand presentation, accessories, documentation, quality checkpoints and shipping plan before production begins.

Freeze the technical specification

Record radiator type, dimensions, connections, working pressure, finish, colour reference, brackets, plugs, vents and optional valves. Changes after material preparation can affect cost and delivery.

Control the brand system

Confirm the positions and formats for product labels, rating information, carton artwork, manuals and pallet marks. Files should be approved at the correct scale, and variable data should remain readable after printing.

Plan inspection points

  • Incoming material and component checks
  • Welding and dimensional inspection
  • Surface-preparation and coating controls
  • Pressure or leakage testing
  • Final appearance, accessory and packing checks

Design packaging for the delivery chain

Packaging should protect corners, connections and coated surfaces. Pallet and container plans must consider radiator size mix, carton strength, unloading method and onward warehouse distribution.

Prepare for repeat orders

Keep an approved specification file, colour standard, artwork version and inspection record. This makes later orders easier to reproduce and reduces dependence on informal communication.
