1. Confirm the technical specification
State radiator type, height, length, depth, connection positions, thread size, working pressure and test pressure. Heat-output requirements should reference the applicable temperature conditions. Drawings must show tolerances and mounting dimensions, particularly for bottom-connection products.
2. Control materials and welding
Confirm steel grade and thickness for panels, tubes and convector components. Production checks should cover formed profiles, seam consistency and weld appearance. Leak testing must follow a defined pressure and holding time, with rejected units separated from accepted production.
3. Review pretreatment and coating
Surface preparation affects corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. The finish should be checked under consistent lighting for coverage, colour variation, particles and handling marks.
4. Check accessories and identification

5. Validate packaging and loading
Radiators need protection at corners, faces and connections. Carton strength and internal supports should reflect the handling route from factory to distributor. Container plans should control stacking, gaps and weight distribution. A pre-shipment check should record quantity, carton condition and container sealing.
